Orders

Everything is handmade to order. Prices are shown in USD; applicable NC sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill (e.g., material out of stock) — you'll hear from us first.

Personalization

We stamp exactly the text you enter. Review it before ordering — remakes for customer typos are offered at a discounted rate; our errors are remade free. See Shipping & Returns.

Safe use of gear

• Check fit and hardware regularly; replace worn gear. No collar or leash is escape-proof or unbreakable.
• Collars are not for tie-out or unattended restraint. For strong pullers we recommend the 1" width with metal hardware.
• Supervise dogs wearing any gear; remove collars in crates when appropriate.

Warranty & liability

We stand behind our craftsmanship: hardware and assembly defects in normal use are repaired, remade, or refunded (our guarantee in Shipping & Returns). Except where the law says otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item.
