Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Everything is made to order in Raleigh, NC and ships in 5–7 business days via USPS. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
• Flat $4.95 for collars, tags, and swatch kits · $7.95 for orders containing a leash or set · free over $85.
• Local pickup (free) is for Wake County, NC customers — we'll email to arrange a meetup at a market or public spot. Pickup selections from outside the area will be invoiced for shipping before we build.

Returns & exchanges

• Wrong size? We'll exchange it within 30 days — unused, and you cover return postage.
• Personalized items (stamped tags, engraved gear) can't be restocked, so they aren't returnable for change of mind.
• Typos: we stamp exactly what you enter. If you made the typo, we'll re-stamp a replacement tag for a discounted $7. If we made the error, the remake is free and we pay shipping.
• Our guarantee: if something fails in normal use or we got your order wrong, we make it right — repair, remake, or refund. Full stop.

Cancellations

Made-to-order builds start fast. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we cut material — email hello@foxpawgear.com with your order number right away.
