Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, shipping address, and the personalization you enter (pet name, phone number). We need these to build and ship your order.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
• Cart contents — stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

What we do with it

We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to support email, and (only if you opt in) send launch/product updates. That's it.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your information to anyone.
• Share the phone number you put on a tag with anyone but the person stamping it.
• Track you around the internet — this site uses no advertising trackers.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and USPS/UPS (delivery labels) each receive only what they need to do their job, under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Email hello@foxpawgear.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we keep only what tax law requires us to retain about completed sales).
